Risk of pregnancy and child use: Tannins, caffeines and tea catechins have all been linked to increase the risk during pregnancy. Experts say that green tea in small amount no more than 2 cups per day at the time of pregnancy and breast feeding is suitable.

Before talking about how to take green tea? lets talk about the right way of having it. Green tea affect all types of human body in a different way. Since every other human body differs from other. So I would suggest not to consume it in empty stomach. Now some of you will say that i take it empty stomach and I dont dace such problems. I don't argue about it but it is not mandatory to everyone. No not at all but i would say taking it empty stomach can cause some problems such as acidity. So try to consume it after a little breakfast. You can also take it as a pre workout drink since it will give you some instant energy to workout. Just take a cup of green tea along with some dry fruits such as cashew or almonds. Remember that don't pour the green tea into the boiling water, on place of it you can brew it into a mild hot water and let it get its colour for 2 to 3 minutes and than enjoy it. You can also enjoy the drink by mixing some of the herbs such as Tulsi because by adding Tulsi into drink reduces its side effects and gives an elegant taste to green tea. Those who find it bitter in taste can also add honey into the green tea. Trust me you will find it very delicious.

The green tea can also be enjoyed along with some citrus foods such as lemon or oranges. Just add few drops of lemon juice into it to increase its capacity to reduce the fat and detoxify your body. Try to drink green tea into a cup of 150 to 160 ml not more than that if you drink it more than 2 cups a day. Just consume it in limited amount you will definitely get the healthy benefits of green tea.
