1. Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is an Indian herb whose properties are so powerful that it is nick named as Indian Ginseng. Ashwaghandha is well known for instantly boosting the immunity system.
Simply take a glass of milk and add 1 table spoon of Ashwagandha into it and then drink it. The best time to have it is 1 hour before going to sleep at night. If you have issue with digesting milk or if your body is lactose intolerant than replace it with water.

2. Giloy (Heart leaved moonseed)
The Giloy is another Ayurvedic herb which also known as AMRITA which literally means the Root of immortality. It helps to remove the toxins and purify the blood and fight with bad bacteria. It is full of Antioxidants that fight the intruders.
Just mix 1 table spoon of Giloy powder in luke warm water and have it empty stomach in the morning.

3. Mint drink
It is a sweet soft drink to make your immune system stronger. Also gives you a flavor to enjoy in the summer.
Put 500 ml water in the pan and add half tea spoon of turmeric into it. After 2 minutes add 10 – 12 mint leaves and let it further boil for 2 minutes. Now pour the mixture in a glass and let it cool down a bit than add 1 tea spoon of honey into it.
It has all the antioxidants to fight the unwanted microbes in the body. You just need to replace Tea with this drink once a day.

4. Turmeric milk
The turmeric gives an instant boost to our immune system, it is a common spice which is easily available in an Indian kitchen. The Turmeric has an antioxidant, an inflammatory and antimicrobial properties that are useful for human body.
Add ½ Tea spoon of Turmeric in hot milk and have it 1 hour before going to sleep at night. It will instantly shield your body with infectious bacteria and will definitely improve your immune system.
5. Amla
Actually the vitamin C makes antibodies that fight infections and is most important vitamin to boost the immunity system. Indian gooseberry is very rich in vitamin C.

C in 1 Amla is equivalent to 20 oranges. So you can also say that 1 Amla a day
keeps the infections away.
So you can also have it in any form, it may be raw, Amla juice or it can be in the form of pickle. Your intake one day should be consumed any form and that’s it.
